As with other science fairs, students will need to register in order to participate. Late registrations are permitted throughout the duration of the preliminary round.

When registering, students must enter information such as the:

• Student's name
• Nationality
• Field of research
• School
• Address
• Grade

To ensure contest integrity, all participants must sign an agreement to SANES' Terms of Service, which will function as a means to minimize misconduct and academic dishonesty.
